Sending Documents...

At certain times, I will need supporting evidence regarding your medical conditions. 

Please do not ask your GP or consultant to send these to me directly - rather ask them to send them to you and then keep hold of them until they are needed. In general, collect paperwork during the year and bring it all as a paper copy to your medical. If I need anything sent to me between medicals, I will always ask you.

Additionally, if I do need a certain document, please always send it as a pdf file as this is the only filetype that I can transmit to the authority. All other file types will be rejected I'm afraid.
